Moto X4 and Project Fi

Thrifter advised that New Egg has the X4 on sale today for $199. I was thinking of picking one up to try out with Project Fi as a spare phone. Can anyone advise if all the X4 versions out there are compatible with Fi? I'm fairly new to Android so I figured I'd ask.

Project fi sells the Android one version. I'm not sure if the other version of the x4 is officially supported. BUT as an unlocked phone with both GSM and CDMA radios, it should be compatible with Fi
