Tried resetting router, cisco, gone thru all the settings and still having no luck. Phone won't connect or scan. Never had problems before and this is only device that has wifi issues. Help please.

I'm so sorry I didn't pay attention to what thread category i was replying. My next suggestion is a factory reset. If you'll do it make sure to backup your data.
