Pairing Problems with Mazda

I have a 2008 Mazda CX-9 my Droid Turbo won't pair with. After going through pairing procedures, the Droid says it's paired the Mazda says it's paired, but no connection.l previously had a RazrM that paired fine. Any ideas?

could you share additional information,like
a) does the car show Droid turbo in its paired list?
b) does connection fail ,if its initiated from the phone?
c) confirm if car did not connect to RazM.
d) did connection fail when initiate from the car side?
e) would you have any app which turns off/on Bluetooth?
