Can I use some apps on WiFi and some on my data?

I want to know how to set some appa to run off of WiFi and some off of my data because on my WiFi network I use, social media sites an such are blocked. Anyone know how to do this?

As far as I know you cant choose which apps will use a specific connection while others use another.

Besides I don't think the two types of connection can transmit at the same time. Wi-Fi overrides cell data. I'm not sure if this behavior can be modified by root or ROM but I highly doubt the two can coexist without root access.
