i already have su on my phone

and it was rooted but it updated itself (against my will) to system version 4.5.605 and android version 2.3.3 and i can no longer use my programs i need root access for... but i still have su on my phone.
can i get some directions or links to directions on how to root it again? i am really confused since su is still on my phone..

I'm taking you didn't create a backup to flash back to, your only option is to learn how to use adb commands or SBF your phone. (Have you tried a FACTORY RESET)?

well I suppose you could do this to root it again and hope the su updates itself normally...

Your phone updated itself? I thought you had to tap OK or Yes or something to that matter. Forced updates? Wow Ive been away from stock for so long
