I?m looking for some help to get root back.

Before I flashed 4.3 using these instructions [INFO] Nexus OTA Help-Desk - xda-developers, I had a stock, rooted, Nexus 4, with TWRP, SuperSU and Busybox.
After flashing the 4.3 update through TWRP, I then flashed the latest SuperSU Zip (v1.43), but it failed to Unzip. I checked the actual SuperSU Zip file and it checks good.
I rebooted and 4.3 booted with no problems. When trying to open SuperSU I get a message asking me to manually re-root. I don?t know how to do this.
So I now have a stock, unrooted, Nexus 4 with 4.3 and TWRP (bootloader unlocked).

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Root is currently broken in 4.3 due to security changes in aosp. Yes SuperSU has been modified to hack around it but AFAIK it's buggy and not a permanent solution. It's why I've held off moving to 4.3 myself actually. I'll make a thread as a PSA to keep people updated when I get a chance.
