Screenshots?

Search hasn't turned up any answers. Why do my screenshots not have a file extension? No .png no .jpg or anything

what file explorer do you use?? there might be an option in settings to show the extension. At least I know its there in es file explorer

It's not that there's no visible extension, there's literally no extension at all.
Edit: never mind, that is bizarre it seems to have resolved itself on the second screenshot
