how do I retrieve music that I've purchased?

I know that this is not Nexus 6p related perse, but does anyone have any idea how I can locate music files that I've purchased from Play music? I bought the EP, so it should be mine, right? I only want to be able to share a track like when I'm able to do when I have music downloaded in a separate music folder.

You have to deliberately download the music as MP3's; it does not happen by default.

On a PC, go to https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...oogle.com/music/listen#/albums&token=DC2Fd3a0, hover the mouse over one of your purchased albums/songs, click the three-dot menu, then click Download. You can do this a limited number of times, so make sure you save the MP3's to a safe location.

I don't believe there is an equivalent way to do this on your phone; so far as I know, it can only be done on a PC.
