Why is my Nokia 6 sound not working properly?

[Android Central Question]

Call ringtones, text notifications, and even the sound when the phone is reset off and on can be heard. But the audio from YouTube videos, recorded videos, and Google Play files can't be heard without headphones. What's wrong? My media volume is set to full and do not disturb is off. I'm not connected to Bluetooth either.
