At home my device sticks to the weaker band 66 on tmobile. Whereas my s10plus switches to band 12, 4 and 66 often.
Any ideas?

I wasn't complaining, I wanted to know if others on tmobile sim with stock rom unlocked devices see similar situations .Complain to OnePlus - that's how they designed it.
I'm going put through the paces as I have tmobile version but didn't use it until .y screen protector arrived today, I'll keep you posted.I wasn't complaining, I wanted to know if others on tmobile sim with stock rom unlocked devices see similar situations .
Thanks. I'm using network signal info pro to check lte band connections , but any similar app can do the same.I'm going put through the paces as I have tmobile version but didn't use it until .y screen protector arrived today, I'll keep you posted.
Yours is the global version? I download the app just to see for testingThanks. I'm using network signal info pro to check lte band connections , but any similar app can do the same.
Basically depending on my location at home the op7pro sticks to band 66, the wife's s10plus next to it is on band 12 . As is my s10plus, it switches to 2,4,12 and 66.
I'm wondering if its because my op7pro isn't running the tmobile firmware.
It's the one bought direct from oneplus USA. Not tmobile.Yours is the global version? I download the app just to see for testing
Gotcha, I can test this out for you tomorrow if you like ?I have tmobile version. It's the one bought direct from oneplus USA. Not tmobile.
Thanks, but I was hoping to have some comparisons with a non tmobile version. I've just put my tmobile sim back in the s10plus to see which bands it connects to and what the db is on connected bands.Gotcha, I can test this out for you tomorrow if you like ?I have tmobile version.
Gotcha, yeah if you still have the s10 then definitely test it out. Thanks, but I was hoping to have some comparisons with a non tmobile version. I've just put my tmobile sim back in the s10plus to see which bands it connects to and what the db is on connected bands.
Some observations when using the same sim card in the s10. It switches to the below bands depending in what room I'm in.Gotcha, yeah if you still have the s10 then definitely test it out.

I'm critical of everything I buy, it doesn't mean I dislike an object just because I have some comments that are not favorable.Don't listen to some of that clown. If something sounds negative they get defensive even if it's just feedback
You ran the tests?Guess it's where you are depends what band it catches.
No , you told me you had the s10 to try out , if you want I can still do it ?You ran the tests?
I'd like you to try out the s10 with Network signal pro and check what bands it connected to. Also same with your s10p.No , you told me you had the op7pro to try out , if you want I can still do it ?
Ok will try tomorrow and report back .I'd like you to try out the s10 with Network signal pro and check what bands it connected to. Also same with your s10p.
