There's only one thing to do, sign in to your google account and unlock it:

You can also backup all of your data. ( you won't lose data if you backup) then hard reset it

Try logging into Android Device Manager using your Google account that's linked to your phone. Once you're there, find your A3 and click the "Lock" button. This will let you enter a password to set on your phone so you can unlock it.
