How can I transfer my contacts from my Galaxy S5 to my Galaxy Core Prime?

How can i transfer my contacts from galaxy s5 to galaxy core prime

So i dropped my galaxy s5 today and the display just stopped working. I bought a new galaxy core prime to replace it, but the only option for backup is through my gmail account. All of my contacts were backed up to my samsung account, but for some reason the sync option is turned off. Is there a way, without being able to use the screen of my s5, to go into with my pc in some way and retrieve the contacts? Or is there a way to allow my core prime to sync my samsung account?

Welcome to Android Central! You should be able to sync the new phone with your Samsung account. Go to Settings>Accounts, and look for an option there to add a Samsung account (if it hasn't already been added).
