I have Samsung galaxy grand quarto, and I want to connect this with my Lenovo laptop windows 8.1, when I connect moble via data cable it shows usb unable to recognize, pls suggest me for this problem

Hello. You need to download and install the phone drivers. Go to Samsung's product support page and enter your device model number. In the downloads section is where you'll find the driver's.

That's strange, i have a grand i9080 and pc with windows 7 and it didn't have to download drivers to transfer.
It might be because i installed Kies at one time to transfer things between devices. You could also try apps like airdroid or similar which use a wifi connection to transfer between devices connected to your wifi network.
