In four hours, I have managed to void my warranty and unsuccessfully root my Sprint SPH-L900

I've followed the main guide on this forum and I still have no idea what I'm doing wrong. All I know is that my warranty is Void (which it already was from physical damage) but I can't get it to be rooted. SuperUser is always crashing and I need help.

Please help me.

This is running 4.4.2

First download an app to check if you are really rooted.
Then try another super user app.

I managed. The tutorial on this site isn't up to date. I had to use a different everything. haha.
