Welcome to Android Central :)
Does this happen when trying to update with an OTA?
Is the phone rooted?

Can you get into recovery or download mode?

I can get it to download mode

Recovery mode doesn't work?
OK, you can flash the stock firmware, and that should fix it, but all your data like pics/apps and such will be deleted 😩

No problem. Before you do it, plug the phone into the PC and see if you can retrieve any important data you have stored if it's not already backed up

Hmm, OK, but before it failed, it started to flash though, correct?
You can try downloading it again, sometimes there are bad downloads.

When doing it, you only have PDA selected, right? And F. Reset is off?

Try updating Samsung drivers to your PC, different cables and USB ports.
