I ordered from Amazon. The S-Pen does use replacements but for some reason Samsung didn't include any this time around.
I doubt most Note users need/use the replacement tips so Samsung probably realized they could save money by not including something 95+% of users didn't need. As a regular note user I have countless little bags of S-Pen tips but have never needed to replace them. Some people may draw/write heavier-handed/stronger than others which may be why some users that use the pen regularly have never had a need to replace the tip while some others go through multiple tips in their Note's lifetime.

I agree. Though I think that if Samsung doesn't include them that they should at least give the option to purchase replacements.

I've dropped my Note 10+ S-Pen on a tiled floor and it landed on the tip and damaged it, so I had to replace it. It happened several times, so having spare tips is a good thing.

I don't remember if it was my Note 8 or my Note 9 now, but it came with the two different types of tips. Black, which was softer and tended to lose it's point after a while, and White (Nylon, I think) which was harder and tended to glide over the glass nice and smooth. Once I tried the white one, I always used those, as I do quite a bit of image editing, sketching, etc. and that makes things much better! I've got to try and get my hands on a couple of Note 10+ white tips for my Note 20U - they look like they should work!

This is what I ordered and after messing around with each of the tips, this is what I found.

- All the tips fit snug in the N20U S-Pen
- The length of the tips appear to be the same as the tips in previous models
- **ONLY 2 worked but are far from perfect and were hit or miss depending on the app**
- **All tips worked fine ONLY if the tips aren't pushed completely in** This is dumb because when using the S-Pen the tips will eventually be pushed all the way in.
I would recommend that people save their money on this one. Keep in mind however, I may have gotten a bad batch. I've ordered from another seller so I'll see how those work.

I've never needed to replace the tips. Do they physically wear down to the pen itself or do they wear to a point where writing just becomes rough?

There are 2 types of tips. One is like a hard plastic and the other has a sort of rubberized coating. The later is the the one I tend to use. I've had the rubberized coating wear down on a few tips. I've also had 3 Note 9 tips break (maybe due to writing too hard). Some may need to replace the tips while others like yourself are more fortunate.

Well, I'm through Screen saver #2--the ESR was bad. The Spigen seems inadequate. I'm beginning to wonder if I have to put up with a Whitestone solution or just go with a case.

I need a slim enough case that fits in a holster but has a sturdy kickstand. This is what I'm using now but the kickstand broke after 2 weeks.

Ordered the Samsung Kvadrat case. Was on sale for $10 off when I went to the site on my phone for some reason.

I love my kvadrat case... but then someone had to say that cloth is not good in covid since it can’t be cleaned. So I stopped using it. Maybe I should get the UV sanitizers...

Pics of my Latercase Kevlar Ultimate camera module protector

Just got back into town and my Latercase delivery waiting for me :). Haven’t settled in yet but couldn’t wait to see what it looked like and snap a few pics to share. I really hate hiding this Mystic White N20U and especially cover up that silver camera module but its nakedness does concern me at times when putting it down on questionable/uneven surfaces even with the slight raise-ivity the Spigen provides.

I’ll try to swap the cases later and see how it really fits on the phone but initial impressions... very nicely finished. I look at the back side and edges to see if they are rounded off and finished smooth and seems to be.

And that feel of Kevlar... Feels good in the hands.. uh... you know what I mean... diggidy ;)
