Poor 3G reception Orange/EE

I've been using an Samsung S3 inside Arsenal's Football stadium for a year with no problems,
but sine this last week I can't even get a signal with this new phone. the (H+) sign won't even come on.

also I use the Sky Go App which has been great, but with this poor 3G connection, it drops out all the time,
and even when I get a picture is freezes and I end up with only just sound.

Samsung have asked me to do a "hard re-set", I can't believe how badly its performing since this upgrade.
the 3G is horrible... and I won't be ending my contract until another 7 months where I can go on to 4G!.

are there any other options then just resetting the phone?.. I'll try it tonight, but if the issue is still there I'll
have to get Samsung to replace the Note 3.

also there might be a fix if I switch connections.. for some reason there's two EE links on the Europe version, and its possible that one is for 4G and I'm on the wrong one?.

I have two EE options also but I suspect one is Orange and the other Tmobile.
Why would you want to watch sky go at the match by the way ?
