Why is Galaxy Note 3 not detecting any sim?

I have purchase Galaxy note 3 from hong kong. I tried to install TWRP(Custom Recovery) And then It all went wrong..Now My phone is not starting..and if it does ,it doesn't detect any sim card.I am not able to format it form inside the Phone..

Sorry for the delay. Have you tried using Odin to reflash a stock ROM?
