How can I get my Galaxy Note 4 S Pen detachment working?

my samsung galaxy note 4 lollipop 5.0.1 s pen detach is not working the s pen button is working properly over the screen air command is appearing by pressing button the s pen hand writing is very will but when i detach s pen it is not show the air command not the detach sound nether the vibration and attach detach vibration feedback is not appearing s pen alerts is not working i try every kind of setting of s pen but it is not working i do not know is it software are hardware problem pleas help me i am going crazy
