brightness is possessed

Ever since the update, my auto brightness will get stuck on 100% and blind me in the dark, and then I'll turn auto off and it will just decide to turn itself back on. This probably happens once or twice a day.

Anyone else having this? It's a first world problem, but still annoying.

I am not and that is a strange issue.

I use Dazzle switcher. Maybe this app can override that possessed brightness. I would provide a link but I cannot find it on the playstore anywhere.
