Hi I want to do a full back up via WIFI.......here's why
I plugged my phone yesterday with usb cable to charge it and a burning smell started coming from the phone usb connector. I unplugged it immediately.
Tried to plug it to my pc for a backup but burning smell came up again so removed it again.
Phone is working no problem. The cable not the problem since charging other devices normally. Batterie is 90% so again I want to do a backup with smartswitch via wifi. Is it possible ? or any workaround with wifi or wifi direct..
Contacted samsung and they have no solution. Most important is some of my app data I need to backup. Any suggestions? thanks.
