Why won't my Samsung note 4 download amazon flex?

[AC Question]

I got on the amazon flex sote, answer all the questions and hit the download link. The arrow blinks signall in download in progress. It stops blinking after a few seconds, and a pop up at the bottom says cannot open file. My notification screen says download is complete and when I tap that message to take me to the app, message simply disappears. When I go to "my files", the app is simply not listed. And just fyi, I have my "unknown sources" turned on. I have tried the download over and over again. Can you help?

What Web browser are you using, maybe try the download in another one?

Welcome to Android Central! Try also going to the App Manager, selecting Download Manager, and Clearing Cache/Data.
