I sent one in last week. Hasn't posted yet. I used a S3 prepaid that I bought and never used. I asked the sales people about it and they said it qualified. I paid $70ish for it back during one of those Black Friday sales lat year and getting $200 back for it. I think I'm getting a decent deal.
