Is the volume turned up all the way? Also ensure you don't have any disability options enabled by accident.

Can you try the calls via a Bluetooth headset to see if it's just the speaker or the phone itself?

Yes my volume is all the way up and i don't have any disability enable and i don't have a via Bluetooth ear sets
