I guarantee you if you had to use the Note 4 and Note8 simultaneously, you wouldn't love the Note 4 any more. I still have a Note 4 for work and it's awful how slow it is compared to the Note8.

sadly already getting to that point.... I feel like I'm cheating.... lol And my Note 4 was getting really slow. Even the Gallery was slow from SD card, pop the SD card in the Note 8 and bam.... fast.

I got mine in Sept. last year and every day I am shocked by how fast it is. and I have a monster sd card full of images. such a great device.

So far its been awesome. Have to get used to Nought 7.1.1 but its been awesome. Camera is unreal

true on both counts. took me a bit to adapt to nougat and find where the setting for things I like to turn off and hide were, but well-configured now. and the camera, yeah. so great!

Got mine at launch and also coming from a Note 4, its a great upgrade and unless the Note 9 comes with major upgrades over the 8(which i doubt) then I'm sticking with my Note 8, it's been great and I still love it!

In all fairness the S7 wasn't a pleasant experience for me. I've always had newer phones and while the S7 did some things well it was a slug the last few months. The Note 8 is really impressive. The fingerprint scanner is so nice to use for a change.
