I couldn't restore my back up of Note 9 from Smart Switch

[Android Central Question]

Hi All, after backing up my note 9 through Smart Switch on a PC, I copy pasted the backup file/folder to a different PC (2nd PC). After I installed Smart Switch in the 2nd PC where I copy pasted the backup folder and trying to restore but when I open the Smart Switch, its not picking up (recognizing) the the backup file. Is there any possible ways to do the restore now from the 2nd PC? Thanks

I'm not sure if that would work copy paste unless you find the files for where smart switch back up are for 2nd computer , by the way did you back up through Samsung cloud?
