Galaxy Note Pro 12.2: micro sd card

When I open my files it used to show my files on the left
With a separate sd card under that.
Showed my music.
Showed just pictures
When I open my file it shows all my files. Every file is mixed up all
Not separate from what I have on micro sd card
Can anyone help

When I open My Files I see both the Device Storage and SD Memory Card on the left under folders.

I use too now I don't
This is what I was wanting to know how to put my files back to what you have sd card on left of screen and note pro files also on left of screen
If anyone can help me I would appreciate it

Try another card

I fixed it had to do a factory reset
I did see another post on something different. From that post I did see how to get to the boot system.
I think th a time might have worked.
