Why isn't my display working on my Samsung Note 10.1?

i tried to update the Samsung note 10.1(GT-N8010) with KIES due to internet connection it failed after 18%. after 2 hours it's display stopped working. i can unlock note increase volume decrease it even touch sensors in screen works but i can not see any thing just black screen only. i even switched it off and switched it on it works inside i can even listen the samsung log in sound.
