Welcome to Android Central! Oftentimes, the reason why there are no definite solutions to a question is because the people who ask the question never come back to give additional details or let us know if suggested solutions worked or not.
First, you say you have a "brand new" S10. The S10 was released in Feb 2019, so are you sure it's in mint condition? Or did you get it used or refurbished? If it isn't mint condition, there's more chance that the phone might be defective (which may therefore be a reason why the previous owner wanted to get rid of it).
Do you have a screen protector on? This is a common question we ask because poorly fitting screen protectors are a frequent reason for "phantom touches," which could explain all of your issues. If you have a screen protector on, try taking it off.
