Help with in game ad blocking

Hi all,
I have a S10. I like to play a certain game. After each round I get 1 or 2 ads. It really slows game play and are very annoying.
I installed DNS66 and that worked for a month. Great No ads, no delay between rounds.
But now the ads are back kind of. I get a black screen instead of an ad for the usual 30 seconds before I had DNS66.
DNS has a lot of feature I do not understand. But I changed a lot of settings, but still no change for this game.
I tried AdGuard. That did not work.
I there a better in game ad blacker I could install.
I have not rooted any phone before.

Ads help support the developer. If you don't want ads, pay for the ad-free version (if available), or move on to another game. We won't allow discussions on how to get around revenue streams for developers, sorry. Thread closed.
