I got my S10 recently, and trying to set Facelock. doesn't work multiple attempts. Help me

I got my S10 recently, and trying to set Facelock. doesn't work multiple attempts. Help me

I turned mine off and use the fingerprint only and battery life has been great.

For it to work flawlessly tho, make the unlock work at a natural angle for your face. Which means not horizontally but at a much lower angle. In other words the height you unlock your phone. Than it should work flawlessly unless you look like a mango.
