That might get updated to use 2 different clock from AOD and Lock screenJust realized that if I set a clock for lock screen instead of AOD in ClockFace, it also sets it for AOD, the downside is that both AOD and lock screen uses the same clock style. Think it's a glitch and will be fix with an update ClockFace.
I don't think it's a glitch, I think it's intended functionality. It's meant to copy the iPhone. Samsung may go back on it though, they do have a tendency to back pedal with user pushback at least some of the timeJust realized that if I set a clock for lock screen instead of AOD in ClockFace, it also sets it for AOD, the downside is that both AOD and lock screen uses the same clock style. So the only way to change default AOD clock is to download one from the Samsung theme store and apply?Theme store for Samsung, when u long press empty page tap themes at the bottom AOD, yes works with Nova![]()
Besides the stock ones for lock screen or Good lock which I haven't checked outSo the only way to change default AOD clock is to download one from the Samsung theme store and apply?
Because I am having the same issue in that I can't get the one chosen in Good Lock to stick.Besides the stock ones for lock screen or Good lock which I haven't checked out
It's working for me, have you tried rebooting your device?Because I am having the same issue in that I can't get the one chosen in Good Lock to stick.

Bingo. That's the only way AOD clock will change for me as well.Just realized that if I set a clock for lock screen instead of AOD in ClockFace, it also sets it for AOD, the downside is that both AOD and lock screen uses the same clock style. You can forget, your Galaxy is an iPhone now.Phew. I thought I was the only one having this issue. It's like I started doubting myself, like I forgot how to use a Samsung.
Just to confirm before people start resetting settings. You're talking about changing the AOD clock using clockface in Good lock? and that's working for you?Then I'm going suggest going to settings>general management>reset >reset settings
Then second one settings>apps>3 dots upper right corner tap>reset app preferences
CorrectJust to confirm before people start resetting settings. You're talking about changing the AOD clock using clockface in Good lock? and that's working for you?
Not changing the lockscreen clock and it changing both?Correct
They can't change any clocks on AODNot changing the lockscreen clock and it changing both?
I could be wrong, but I think there's some crossed wires here. I believe the complaint is that AOD can't be changed independant of lock screen, not that people can't change it at all.They can't change any clocks on AOD
Not how I interpreted it but if I'm wrong please correct me .I could be wrong, but I think there's some crossed wires here. I believe the complaint is that AOD can't be changed independant of lock screen, not that people can't change it at all.
If you are able to have a different AOD clock and Lock screen clock at the same time, I think you're the only one.
@mlblack16 am I correct here?
