Text pop-ups don't work and neither does fb chat heads

I have all the setting set properly and everything should work but my text messages don't pop up with edge lighting and my chat heads don't pop up only started after android 11 update

I am now having this issue too.

It started after the android update.

I still get the text app pop up, but not messengers.

When going to messenger and selecting pop out bubble, it instead puts it in my notification center and not an actual bubble.

Other than that, I haven't noticed any issues and am loving this update.

I bet theyll fix it soon!

Everyone! I figured It out!
Go to messenger, and you can click show as bubble
When it does that, it'll pop in your notifications center. Then there will be a square with an arrow going threw it. Do that, and it'll become a bubble!!

I got mine to work for Facebook messenger its a setting in messenger.

1. Settings -> Notification -> Advanced settings -> Floating icons -> Bubbles
2. Settings -> Apps -> Messenger -> Notifications -> On, Show as Bubbles -> All

Yea mine just stopped working today but was working fine all of yesterday right after i updated, so im not sure what changed

1. Settings -> Notification -> Advanced settings -> Floating icons -> Bubbles
2. Settings -> Apps -> Messenger -> Notifications -> On, Show as Bubbles -> All

The second part of this fixed my issue, thank you!! Not sure why it got changed all of a sudden

All of my settings are set correctly (in both phone settings and fb messenger settings), and I still don't have the chat bubble.

That worked for me
