this problem is because your android is rooted
if you want to fix this problem for play store go from website in phone to install play store.apk and this problem is fixed if not work write to me i can fix this problem

Experiencing the issues as of now with my s8, again can sign into google on browser but cannot use the play store or YouTube.

Welcome to Android Central! Of the various suggestions in this thread, what have you tried so far? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? If you go to Settings>Accounts>Google, does it say that all of your Google apps have synced successfully, or are there a lot of Sync Errors?
