When my partner sends me a video of her phone using bluetooth it send put when I click on it they no picture just audio sound can anyone help

You don't have a codec for the video format she';s sending you. Without knowing what phone she's using, there's no way to guess what you need to do.

On Google Play you can search "video converter" - install one and convert the video, i.e. "girlfriend.mp4" to "girlfriend.avi" - whatever format works on your phone.
