changing defaults

I am trying to re--set up my Galaxy S3,and I would like to use the go Launcher. With this and many other apps I get the message to change defaults but cannot figure out how. Can anyone help?

Tap the App you want to use by Default then select "Always".

What is up with you people who create two identical threads, with the exact same topic & questions, slightly re-worded . . . only a few minutes apart ?!?

After a whole 2 or 3 minutes of no one replying to your first thread . . . you, what, gave-up all hope that anyone ever would, and so decided to create another, duplicate thread asking the exact same thing?!?!
