Brought battery down to empty, charged it up, and now the phone thinks its always connected to the charger, even if its not, or even if its fully charged. This means it won't connect to USB, and the red indicator light stays on constantly (I did disable it for now). Phone has never been submerged, only lightly rinsed off, but this issue's occurrence did not correlate with any contact with water. Unfortunately I ordered the phone on 6/17 (received on 6/21), so I can't exchange it at an AT&T store and would have to travel > 1.5hr to get to an AT&T DSC, which probably won't have them in stock anyhow.
What would you do? Go to an AT&T store and make a scene, or pray the DSC has one in stock? Could the issue be related to the battery, and not a hardware issue?
