During the install of software my installed just stopped. I could do nothing. I tried again with the upgrade assistant and it tells me I don't have enough battery. The repair sees the phone but the "do it" button is greyed out. I've tried softboot, hardboot, called Verizon (absolutely no help), called Samsung (a little help), but I'm screwed without a phone. Verizon says I've got to pay a $220 fee to upgrade to replace this dead phone. It's got all my data, contacts, notes, passwords, etc. I'm SCREWED. ANY SUGGESTIONS? Is it possible to remove the mini-sim and read it on a regular computer? if so what program???:-[

I think the only option you have now is to do a factory reset but you will lose all your data if you did not use google to save them.
