I Wiped My Custom OS

I think i accidentally wiped my custom Cyanogen 13 OS on my S4. I installed it earlier today and got it working but i couldn't access my data so i said screw it and just wipe the data and start clean, but i think i wiped my OS because when i start my phone it just shows the samsung logo and that's it until it dies or i activate recovery mode. I been trying to fix this for about 8 hrs but with no luck. I know odin , adb and kies but
I NEED HELP!!!
