I am using the Samsung e mail app. But I don't get any emails I have to always check manually and I dont get the notification when I receive one with the sound. I have it set up every 15 min but no go.

is your Sync turned on?
(usually is all the way to the end on the notification bar...)

Hi and welcome... Go under the email setting and see how long you have till your inbox refresh.

Hi just upgraded to alaxy S4 mini and have added my hotmail email account, only thing is i can send an email, but it isnt showing in the mail box can't find it anywhere? also i'm not getting any inbox mail at all, when i log into hotmail on the internet there are loads of email coming in every day.

i've turned on the sync and i've also set the phone to sync every 5 minutes and still nothing comes through?

please help as missing alot of important inboxes!
