Auto open Zip File app

On my S3 when I downloaded a zip file I was able to tap on it in the notification shade and it would open Astro File Manager. I've noticed on my S4 it just says cannot open file and then I have to go into Astro manually. Is there any way to fix this (or another file explorer that will just open it)?

If you've set up apps for opening files by default one of the apps might misinterpret the ZIP.
Just a guess.

I haven't set any apps to open any file types outside of pictures, thanks for the input

Use es file explorer. I used to have astro but found it couldnt open half of my zip files so I downloaded es and it works perfectly.

Or I use X-plore file explorer to just pull the files out of a zip/rar.
