    Hi,
Does anyone have an actual display of the wiring for the stock S4 Headset?

I do know that the TRRS pinout is Left, Right, Ground, Mic. However, I'd like to get something more definitive that includes the wiring for the small microphone, as well as, the buttons, resistors, etc.

    Thanks!!!!

    UPDATE

I may FINALLY have found the details. Could someone verify this is correct? Thanks again!!

This looks like the correct setup. I rewired a gaming headset to work with the S-4 and it worked great! The unusual place for the ground lets you plug in a 3 conductor stereo headset and listen to music without causing harm. It just shorts the microphone to ground.

I've fixed the image for anyone who stumbles across this thread in future.
To clarify, I have removed the short circuit from RT > GND.
