Is is my GS4 screen glitchy?

GS4 screen problem

Story Time, after watching some YouTube i pressed the back button to be surprised by a glitchy screen. I promptly took out my battery (didn't know what else what to do) than when put the battery back in and powered up everything was in blue-scale, it than went black. i can use the touch screen but only one after each time I take it off standby, at one point it went to blue scale long enough to play with the brightness settings, which at one point correcting all colouring and I thought I fixed the problem, but it went black moments later. and has not come back. I hard reset it thinking it was a software problem but no luck, i have been monitoring the phone by taking screen shots and connecting to my computer. there are moments where the screen flashes but other then that no luck. could any body help me?

If you already did a hard reset, then this probably isn't something that you can fix on your own. If you have warranty or extended warranty then I would probably go that route
