How can I disable autostart speaker on a Galaxy S5 Mini?

A

AC Question

I have a problem with the speaker on my Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini. Every time I receive or make a call, the speaker autostarts. No matter how often I uncheck, it comes back immediately when I take the phone from my ear during a call. The issue appears only when Talkback is turned on, but well I'm visually impaired so just can't renounce to Talkback.
I tried everything I found on the forums:
Removing the battery;
Deactivating Autostart speaker in Svoice;
Disabling SVoice;
Disabling everything related to voicemail, hands free or voice search;
Turning off read aloud notifications;
Playing with proximity sensor settings;
Uninstalling third party apps wich could affect audio settings;
Turning off GPS and Bluetooth;
Searched for driving mode, but there's no such thing on my phone;
I'd be grateful for any other tips, this thing drives me crazy. I bought the phone 2 days ago and it didn't made firmware update since then, it uses Android 4.4.2. Thanks.
