Lollipop, touch wiz, google now

I'm getting ready to install the update lollipop 5.1. I originally disabled TouchWiz in place of Google now. When I upgrade with Google now in place, will TouchWiz interfere or revert. Thanks

I've been using Nova Launcher Prime on my S5. Did the update to Lollipop and my Nova launcher worked great with no issues. Never asked for Touch Wiz....no interference.
