samsung wireless charger issues?

does anyone have issues with the wireless samsung charger and the s6 edge +? I got a brand new charger and when I initially place the phone on the charger, it starts charging however later on, it stops and the blue light starts blinking. I need to pick the phone up and place it down again for it to charge. Not sure if this is a faulty charger or an issue with the phone?

Which Samsung wireless charger are you using? I'm using the new Samsung Fast Charge wireless charger and it's worked flawlessly.

Yeah, I believe that is the older model. Not sure how well it's designed to work with the larger Edge Plus+.
