screenshot s6 edge not working
So, not sure wtf is going on. I haven't even had my phone a week. As soon as I install that stupid Knox thing that is automatically on your phone already, every time I try to take a screen shot it says 'screenshot not saved, protected by DRN' so I got mad. I uninstalled the Knox and it still won't work but instead of giving me the little notification window telling me that, it just says on screen 'security reasons unable to save screenshot' like what do I do at this point? Call IT and hope that all my stuff gets saved onto my drive cause they will end up having to probably wipe my BRAND NEW PHONE. I am so disappointed. I was excited to get this and now it's like... I should have just stayed at the s4 or maybe got an s5. So unhappy with this purchase.
