I have a S6 Edge from Verizon. I am using the Verizon Messaging+ app for my text messages. Version 6.1.1.
Recently when I receive a text the notification will appear in the status bar and a number on my Messenger icon (indicating a new message) but instead of staying visible until I dismiss them they show for a second and then disappear. Thus unless I actually see it arrive in that brief second I am unaware that I have a text message waiting for me. Any idea on how to fix this? Help!
