I Had Trouble making Calls Yesterday using AT&T

So I called AT&T and their voice message said there was a problem with calling in the North East. The funny thing is my wife could dial out just fine on her LG G2. When I switched my SIM to my Windows phone I had no trouble making a call. I then placed the SIM back in my S6 and I had trouble making calls. It seemed like every other time I tried the call would go through.

Did anyone else experience this problem yesterday with AT&T service?

yeah, I had a handful of instances where i dialed a number and it was like it never actually generated the call...just said "Dialing..."

I am in NY and yesterday I was not able to receive any phone calls. Same with my mom's phone and dad's as well; we're all on the same AT&T family plan. When I called support the automated voice said there was an outage in the northeast, and to dial 1 to receive a text message when it's fixed. Haven't gotten that text yet, but I did receive a phone call since yesterday...
