Probably a bad USB jack. Less likely is the wires connecting it to the charge circuit, or a problem in the charge circuit itself. Did the jack go intermittent before failing? Does the jack still work for data to your computer? Either way, you'll need to have it repaired. Hopefully under warranty or insurance, but if not it should be one of the cheaper repairs.
